Nowhere. The Persian is a pedigreed cat that STARTS at about $600 for pet quality – into the thousands for show quality. Anyone selling them less than that is a backyard breeder and should be avoided.
Do you know about PKD? Polycystic Kidney Disease is an early onset form of kidney disease that Persians are genetically predisposed to. Reputable breeders always test animals before breeding – bad breeders DON’T. So this means the potential for entire litters of PKD+ kittens. They’ll look fine when you buy them but can end up going into renal failure and dying as early as four years old.
Have you researched how much WORK a Persian is? Their long silky coats can’t be brushed – they need to be COMBED. And they need to be combed at least EVERY OTHER DAY ALL YEAR LONG. Because they’re so high maintenance the Persian is sadly one of the breeds most often dumped at shelters as adults. If you really think you have the time and desire to care for a pet like this then why not go to a shelter and adopt an adult one? I have one I adopted when he was 2 1/2 years old and he’s the sweetest cat ever. Lots of work – but what a great cat.
maybe this can help, but look else where too, a nearby pet smart may have some nice persian kitties to adopt as well!

Awsome I live in Houston to. I have a cat that i adopted from the ASPCA (HSPCA). Its a place where abused and neglected animals go to find new homes. Im sure if you ask someone there for a persain kitty they’ll help you.
