How can I get my chinchilla to run on his flying saucer wheel?
I’ve recently bought my chinchilla a flying saucer wheel but he doesn’t run on it. Every time he gets on it moves and he gets scared and jumps off. He’s 6 years old and has never had one before, will he get used to it or will he always be scared?
Did you have the same problem and how did you resolve it? Thanks.

lol i would return it for something else because once he does learn to like it he will fling poo and urine sometimes. if your cool with that i guess they are safer then the ones that have straight bars they will break legs or bones, they’re are fragile and break oh soooo easily. must be careful when playing with your chins. never put a harness on him in case the thought ever occured. it broke my late dales vertebrae
